Donna M. Lafiosca

I am a Registered Nurse with over 35 years of clinical expertise, including Mt Sinai Medical Center NYC, Where I worked as an Operating Room Nurse. I have also worked as a public health nurse bringing care into underserved communities, coordinating care plans and supporting families in their homes.

My experience in the private sector, has allowed me to guide patients and families through complex medical needs, making sure no details are missed. Alongside this, my work as a legal Nurse Consultants has sharpened my ability to navigate the health care system and protect patients’ rights.

My career has been dedicated to guiding patients and families through the complexities of healthcare with compassion, clarity, and skill.
